【仕事内容】

（プロダクト開発・AI活用）

• React / Next.js / Vite を用いたWebアプリケーション開発
• Python（FastAPI / Flask）によるAPI開発
• Firebase / Supabase / GCP / Vercelを利用したインフラ構築
• OpenAI / Geminiを組み込んだAIアプリケーション開発
• AIエージェント・業務自動化の実装

（事業成長に直結するエンジニアリング）

• ECコンサルティングと連携した効率化プロダクト開発
• 事業課題の技術的解決、分析基盤の構築
• 売上改善につながるツール開発

（組織づくり・仕組み化）

• 技術選定、開発プロセス改善
• 新規プロダクトの0→1企画
• AI活用の社内導入支援

【勤務・待遇】

• 勤務地： 丸の内オフィス（東京駅より徒歩3分）
• 勤務形態： ハイブリッド勤務（在宅勤務と出社の併用）
• 想定年収： 経験・スキルに応じ決定
• 勤務時間： 9:00–18:00（フレックスタイム制/コアタイムなし）休憩60分

【応募資格】

1）必須要件（Must）

• ReactまたはNext.jsを用いた実務経験（目安2年以上）
• REST APIの設計・開発経験
• Stripeの開発経験
• Firebase / Supabase / GCP / Vercel いずれかの実務経験
• Git、RDB / NoSQL の基礎知識
• 論理的に課題を解決できる方
• 日本語能力試験（JLPT）N1相当以上の日本語能力（社内および社外コミュニケーションのため）

2）歓迎要件（Want）

• TypeScriptでの型安全な開発
• LLM（Claude, OpenAI・Gemini）を活用したアプリ開発
• 自社プロダクトの立ち上げ経験

Job Description

To support our rapid business expansion in the E-commerce (EC) and Digital Transformation (DX) sectors, as well as the surge in AI-driven projects, we are strengthening our engineering team to accelerate business growth through product innovation. This role goes beyond simple development; you will be responsible for building "mechanisms that sell" by integrating Business Strategy, Design, Engineering, and AI.

【Responsibilities】

Product Development & AI Integration

• Develop Web applications using React, Next.js, and Vite.
• Build APIs using Python (FastAPI / Flask).
• Construct infrastructure utilizing Firebase, Supabase, GCP, and Vercel.
• Develop AI applications incorporating OpenAI and Gemini.
• Implement AI agents and business process automation.

Business-Driven Engineering

• Develop efficiency-enhancing products in collaboration with our EC consulting team.
• Resolve business challenges through technical solutions and build data analysis foundations.
• Develop tools directly linked to revenue growth and sales improvement.

Organizational Design & Systems

• Select technology stacks and improve development processes.
• Plan and launch new products from "0 to 1."
• Support the internal implementation and adoption of AI technologies.

• Work Style: Hybrid (combination of remote and in-office work).

【Requirements】

1) Minimum Qualifications (Must)

• 2+ years of professional experience with React or Next.js.
• Experience in REST API design and development.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Firebase, Supabase, GCP, or Vercel.
• Foundational knowledge of Git and RDB / NoSQL databases.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 level or higher) for internal communication and documentation.

2) Preferred Qualifications (Want)

• Experience in type-safe development with TypeScript.
• Application development experience utilizing LLMs (Cluade, OpenAI, Gemini, etc.).
• Experience in launching in-house products (0 to 1).
• Understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Experience in requirements definition and technology stack selection.
