Position: SWE Front-End — Visual Document Understanding

Type: Contract

Compensation: $50/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 15–20 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI models on visual document understanding in the Front-End Engineering domain.
• Author complex, grounded tasks with clear ground-truth outputs and objective rubrics.
• Design and review UI screenshots, design specs, and component diagrams for model accuracy.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance model performance and task relevance.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model outputs.

Must-Have

• Expertise in Front-End Engineering.
• Experience with UI design and visual document understanding.
