We at Coforge are hiring an experienced Elixir / Erlang Developer with the following skillset:

Elixir / Erlang Developer to join our growing engineering team and help build highly scalable, fault-tolerant, and real-time distributed applications. This role is ideal for engineers passionate about solving complex backend challenges and developing cloud-native platforms that support high-volume transaction processing and mission-critical workloads.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Elixir and/or Erlang.
• Deep understanding of OTP, GenServer, Supervisors, Phoenix Framework, Ecto, and Functional Programming.
• Experience building microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and high-availability platforms.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ/Kafka.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and AWS/Azure/GCP environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs.
• Build resilient systems capable of supporting real-time and high-concurrency workloads.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and fault tolerance.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and DevOps teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• Contribute to technical design, code reviews, testing, and production support.
