Role Description The Full Stack Software Engineer – Billing Tea will work part time in a remote capacity, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of billing-related web applications and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end user interfaces, building and optimizing back-end APIs and services, and integrating billing logic with existing hospital systems. Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience spanning both client and server-side applications.
  • Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including building APIs, managing data persistence, and integrating external services for billing or financial processes.
  • Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and modern web UI frameworks to create accessible and responsive interfaces.
  • Candidates should possess skills in debugging, testing, and code review, with an emphasis on code quality, maintainability, and performance optimization.
  • Relevant experience with common web technologies (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, relational or NoSQL databases) and version control systems such as Git is beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, clear written and verbal communication, and the capacity to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams are required.
  • Experience in healthcare, billing, financial systems, or other regulated environments, as well as familiarity with security and data privacy best practices, is an advantage.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
