Hello! We're a small, talented team looking to add a detail-oriented, experienced full-stack developer who is comfortable diving into diverse tasks and roles. You'll primarily work with React, C#, SQL, and an array of Azure services. We have an office in Omaha, NE, and this is a hybrid role (i.e, some office time required every week).

Each solution is crafted specifically to a client's actual business needs, so you'll need to be comfortable working directly with customers and learning about their requirements on a daily basis.

You are:

• A great listener, writer and communicator
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated and willing to try everything to solve a problem
• Pushing the limits of AI, and can effectively review and correct its output, and can explain every line of code it generates on your behalf
• Willing to fearlessly take on a variety of tasks and roles
• Experienced in C# and SQL, or something equivalent, to build real, working solutions that scale
• Skilled in frontend development, ideally using React and TypeScript, and know a lot about its underlying web languages (HTML, CSS, javascript)
• Comfortable creating mockups and have a working knowledge of successful user interaction patterns
• Passionate about writing very high-quality code that is clean and easy to maintain
• Productive. You can look back on each day's accomplishments and tell a success story
• Confident that if you don't know something, you can figure it out
