Position: Full Stack Engineer

Location: Toronto ON

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable full-stack applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, and Python.
• Design and implement microservices-based architectures to support business-critical applications.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize containerized applications on Kubernetes environments.
• Build and maintain secure, high-performance APIs and backend services.
• Manage and optimize MongoDB databases and Redis caching solutions for scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and software quality guidelines.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues while improving system reliability and performance.
• Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to team knowledge sharing and growth.
• Participate in architecture discussions, documentation, DevOps initiatives, CI/CD processes, and continuous improvement efforts.
