Qualifications & Technical Skills – Fullstack Developer

• Experience: Minimum 4–5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development, with a proven track record of delivering production-level applications.
• TypeScript Mastery: Advanced proficiency in TypeScript across both frontend and backend development, including a strong understanding of generics, utility types, strict type checking, and type assertions.
• Frontend Expertise: Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and modern state management solutions such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or TanStack Query.
• Backend Expertise: Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs using Node.js/Express or NestJS, with a well-structured and scalable architecture.
• Database: Extensive experience with NoSQL data modeling using MongoDB, query performance optimization, and a solid understanding of replication, sharding, and TypeScript-based ODMs such as Mongoose or Prisma.
• Architecture & Design Patterns: Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Functional Programming, and the implementation of Design Patterns in production-scale projects.
• Workflow & Tools: Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Agile development methodologies.
• Soft Skills: Excellent technical communication and interpersonal skills, strong independent problem-solving abilities, and sufficient technical leadership capabilities.
