Position Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level .NET / Angular Application Developer to develop, enhance, integrate, and support financial and case management applications. This role combines hands-on application development with database development, financial systems analysis, integration, testing, production support, and application modernization. The ideal candidate will have strong .NET and Angular development skills, experience with relational databases, and a practical understanding of financial, accounting, payment, or case management systems. Experience working with both modern and legacy applications is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, integrate, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications supporting financial and case management processes.
• Develop web applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Angular, JavaScript, and related technologies.
• Develop and maintain database solutions, queries, data-access components, and application/database integrations.
• Perform data analysis and validation to identify data integrity issues and support business requirements.
• Analyze financial and accounting processes and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop reports, audit trails, application logging, and security mechanisms.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to payment, accounting, financial, and case management processes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, system designs, user documentation, and operational procedures.
• Integrate applications with Web Services, APIs, XML, and enterprise systems.
• Support application upgrades, software conversions, modernization, and legacy system integration.
• Troubleshoot application, database, integration, and production issues.
• Maintain source control and support CI/CD and structured software delivery practices.
• Collaborate with accountants, auditors, banking representatives, developers, analysts, infrastructure teams, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in application testing, system integration, release activities, and quality assurance.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in application development, programming, systems analysis, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET and ASP.NET.
• Experience with Angular and JavaScript/TypeScript for web application development.
• Experience with object-oriented programming and 3-tier application architecture.
• Strong experience with relational databases, SQL, data access, and database development.
• Experience with ADO.NET or comparable data-access technologies.
• Experience developing and integrating Web Services, APIs, and XML-based interfaces.
• Experience with application development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and production support.
• Experience analyzing and supporting financial, accounting, payment, or case management applications.
• Experience with technical and user documentation and software conversions.
• Ability to work effectively across modern and legacy application environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with financial, accounting, payment processing, or case management systems.
• Experience supporting or modernizing VB6/VB.NET legacy applications.
• Experience with VBScript and legacy application integrations.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar IT/project management platforms.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and automated deployment practices.
• Experience with enterprise application modernization.
• Experience with mainframe, mid-range, and Windows-based enterprise environments.
• Experience with database performance analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Relevant Microsoft, AWS, Azure, or Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
