About The Role
We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our NXT Platform team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining user-facing features and the underlying services using ReactJS and Node.js. Collaborating within a cross-functional team, you will utilize modern Artificial Intelligence-assisted development tools to enhance software quality and accelerate delivery timelines. Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern front-end development technologies such as JavaScript and TypeScript
- Proficiency in Node.js and experience building server-side applications and APIs
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL or similar relational databases, including database design and query optimization
- Comprehensive understanding of full-stack development, including front-end, back-end, and data layers, with REST API expertise
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor and effective judgment on their application
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams
- Experience with automated testing, code reviews, and software quality assurance practices
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, and deployment
- Build and maintain responsive, accessible user interfaces using ReactJS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks
- Develop and optimize web applications and backend services utilizing ReactJS, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and related technologies
- Utilize Artificial Intelligence-assisted engineering tools to generate, refactor, test, and debug code, ensuring security and maintainability
- Collaborate with system architects and product teams to design scalable and maintainable solutions
- Write automated tests and participate in code reviews to uphold high-quality standards
- Work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and deliver features aligned with business goals
