About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team in Santa Clara, CA. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in developing full-stack applications utilizing React and Node.js, with a deep understanding of Microservices architecture and API development. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient software solutions that support our clients’ evolving business needs. As a key member of our engineering team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions. Your expertise will help drive innovation, improve system performance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of professional experience in full-stack application development, with a focus on Node.js, React, and Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in designing, developing, and optimizing APIs, along with experience in API integration and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and best practices in software engineering.
• Experience building scalable, cloud-native applications with a solid grasp of cloud infrastructure and data management principles is advantageous.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges, take ownership of projects, and deliver impactful results.
• Excellent communication skills, troubleshooting abilities, and a continuous learning mindset to stay updated with emerging technologies.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain comprehensive full-stack applications using React and Node.js frameworks.
• Build and enhance scalable microservices and RESTful APIs following modern engineering standards and best practices.
• Design and implement secure, well-documented APIs for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop cloud-native, event-driven architectures that support high-scale, high-availability applications.
• Collaborate with product management and UX teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate actively in architecture and code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Drive quality assurance through unit testing, integration testing, automation, and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, performance bottlenecks, and system outages promptly.
