About The Role

Pure1 is the unifying manageability and intelligence layer on top of all Everpure products and services—FlashArray, FlashBlade, CBS, Portworx, and more. It acts as the central hub of our commitment to delivering a simple, seamless customer experience by providing valuable insights and tools that enhance our clients' operations. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in developing innovative solutions that leverage artificial intelligence to optimize software development and operational efficiency. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver cutting-edge data platform solutions and support the broader AI ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience designing, implementing, and testing various product components
• 1+ year of experience in a leadership role driving projects from requirements to release, including directing other engineers
• Experience using AI to generate production-quality code and familiarity with current AI development tools
• 6+ years of combined professional experience in Java, JavaScript, Python, or equivalent languages
• Knowledge of Typescript, C/C++ is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to lead, monitor, and support multiple concurrent projects with fast-paced context switching
• Knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, networking infrastructure; experience with Angular and NoSQL databases is advantageous
• Eagerness to explore and implement AI tools to improve development processes and efficiency
• Willingness to work primarily from the Bellevue office in accordance with company policies (unless on PTO, travel, or approved leave)
  
  

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain end-to-end lifecycle applications across the full stack, with approximately 30% frontend and 70% backend work, varying quarterly
• Utilize AI design tools and technologies such as Java, Python, Angular, and Typescript to build customer-facing and internal applications
• Experiment with new architectural patterns such as containers (Kubernetes) and micro-frontends to innovate and push the state-of-the-art solutions
• Lead engineering teams and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, design solutions, and oversee implementation from initial concept to production deployment
• Drive project execution by coordinating team efforts, ensuring high-quality code, thorough testing, documentation, and continuous integration/deployment
• Continuously explore and integrate AI capabilities to accelerate development cycles and reduce traditional software development and maintenance pain points
