Foward Deployed Engineer - Healthcare AI

nCare is building healthcare technology that helps medical practices improve care delivery, patient engagement, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

We’re looking for a Product Engineer who can work directly with clinicians, operations teams, and leadership to understand real healthcare problems and turn them into working software.

This is a hands-on, product-oriented, AI-forward role. You’ll help define what should be built, prototype solutions, develop production systems, and improve them based on real user feedback.

• Patient engagement and care-management tools
• Revenue cycle and billing technology
• Healthcare data and analytics
• Workflow automation
• AI agents and AI-assisted workflows
• Interoperability using APIs, HL7, and FHIR

What we’re looking for:

3+ years of software engineering experience

Healthcare technology experience is required

Experience building and shipping production applications

Experience with EHR/EMR, practice-management, clinical, billing, or other healthcare systems

Strong skills in Python, .NET/C#, React, APIs, and relational databases

Experience with system architecture, backend services, and integrations

Experience with cloud infrastructure such as GCP, AWS, or Azure

Understanding of HIPAA, security, authentication, and audit logging

Strong product mindset and ability to work directly with users

AI experience is important. We’re looking for someone comfortable building LLM-powered workflows, AI agents, automation, and using modern AI coding tools to prototype and ship faster.
