The Role

• Drive efficiencies, innovation, and modernization by expanding digital delivery of services.
• Work on service innovation, program review, and digital transformation projects within cross-functional teams.
• Participate in field research, backlog definition, sprint planning, and execution.
• Develop functionality for public services and contribute to solution design.
• Collaborate with frontend designers and advise product owners on technical efforts.
• Support solution deployment and contribute to reusable common components.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (equivalencies considered).
• Experience with source control, particularly Git, in collaborative software development.
• Proven experience with automated unit testing and integration testing.
• Experience as a Full Stack Developer on complex software solutions in an agile team environment.
• Experience working on production applications using modern application frameworks and frontend JavaScript frameworks.
• Nice to have: Experience with AI/agentic tooling, prompt design, RAG, and AI-augmented workflows.
