An innovative organisation in the aerospace and defence space is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. This position will focus on developing flight and subsystem control software for advanced platforms within a mission-driven environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop, document, and maintain architectures, requirements, algorithms, and designs for vehicle management software.
• Implement, integrate, and maintain C/class="bg-amber-100">C++ software components for real-time embedded systems.
• Create and execute class="bg-amber-100">software development plans, verification plans, and test procedures to ensure requirements satisfaction.
• Provide class="bg-amber-100">technical leadership and subject matter expertise for software domains and system-specific issues.
• Contribute to the improvement of software processes, tools, and metrics while mentoring other engineers.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant engineering or class="bg-amber-100">technical field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience with C/class="bg-amber-100">C++ development.
• Extensive experience with the full class="bg-amber-100">software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proven ability to solve complex real-time embedded problems in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
