Habitus Concept is a premium architectural door hardware distributor in Jakarta and we're building a lean in-house tech team to power our internal AI systems, ERP integrations, and business automation.

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help us build, maintain, and scale the tools running behind our operations — from customer-facing chatbots to internal analytics dashboards.

What you'll work on:

• Build and maintain full-stack applications (dashboards, internal tools, automation interfaces) using React/Next.js on the frontend and Node.js on the backend
• Integrate and maintain connections between our systems: Supabase (database/backend), Ukirama ERP, and n8n automation workflows
• Support development of our internal AI agent ecosystem — customer service chatbot, operations agent, onboarding/RAG-based knowledge systems, and voice-based training simulators
• Design and query relational databases (PostgreSQL/Supabase) for reporting, KPI tracking, and business analytics
• Collaborate directly with operations and leadership (lean team — you'll talk straight to decision makers, not layers of PM)
• Write clean, documented, maintainable code — this isn't throwaway MVP work, these systems run daily operations

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years experience as a full stack or backend-leaning engineer
• Strong with React/Next.js, Node.js/Express, TypeScript
• Comfortable with SQL and relational databases (Postgres/Supabase experience is a big plus)
• Familiarity with API integrations (REST, webhooks) — experience connecting to ERP systems or third-party SaaS is a plus
• Bonus points: experience with AI/LLM integration (OpenAI/Anthropic API, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines), n8n or similar automation tools, or building chatbots/voice agents
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team where you own things end-to-end — not just execute tickets
• Based in or willing to work from Jakarta (Central Jakarta office)

Nice to have (not required):

• Interest in AI product development beyond just using APIs — genuine curiosity about how AI agents can solve real business problems
