The Role
The Role
- Provide advanced technical support to data processing systems
- Analyze existing and proposed data processing systems or procedures to improve processing capabilities
- Assist in the installation of programs and procedures developed in coordination with end-user groups
- Enhance data processing systems and procedures through system analysis, coding, testing, and other activities
- Thoroughly test systems to ensure proper installation of new software, system changes, and overall efficiency
- Provide 24/7 on-call support via rotation
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Application software programming OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience in Application software programming
- Experience with programming languages such as C#, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, HTML 5, XML, SQL Scripting, and Powershell Scripting
- Experience with vulnerability management and remediation
- Knowledge of system design including UI, Windows services, and integration
- Experience with code repository systems like Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)
- Familiarity with IT service ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
- Understanding of System Development Life Cycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
