Senior Full Stack Engineer

We're at a growth inflection point and need an exceptional technical leader to build and scale our technology infrastructure.

THE ROLE

As Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will own our entire technical stack and lead development of critical business systems. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll have full autonomy to architect, build, and deploy solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop end-to-end inventory management systems
• Build customer-facing web and mobile applications
• Integrate with third-party APIs (logistics, payment, e-commerce platforms)
• Implement data analytics and reporting dashboards
• Establish engineering best practices and development processes
• Manage external contractors and build in-house engineering team over time

First-Year Priorities:

• Stabilize and enhance existing inventory tracking systems
• Develop financial reporting and margin analysis tools
• Build and launch B2B wholesale marketplace platform
• Integrate logistics and payment gateway APIs
• Implement automation and operational efficiency improvements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Technical Requirements (Must-Have):

• 5-7+ years professional full-stack development experience
• Strong backend development (Node.js, Python, Golang, or PHP)
• Modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)
• Database design and optimization (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• RESTful API development and third-party integrations
• Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Mobile app development (React Native or Flutter) is a strong plus

Domain Experience (Highly Preferred):

• Inventory management or warehouse management systems (WMS)
• E-commerce platforms (marketplaces, payment flows, logistics)
• ERP or financial systems (cost tracking, margin analysis, reporting)
• B2B platforms or wholesale marketplaces
• Logistics tech or supply chain software

Technical Skills (Nice-to-Have):

• Golang proficiency
• AI/ML implementation (pricing algorithms, forecasting)
• Payment gateway integration (Midtrans, Xendit)
• Real-time systems and data pipelines
• DevOps and CI/CD experience
