As part of the establishment of our Delivery Center in Mauritius, we are looking for a Full Stack Developer to contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of modern, scalable web applications.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality full-stack web applications.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Ensure application scalability, performance, and security.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Work with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Contribute to AI-driven features such as conversational AI, MCP, RAG, and intelligent assistants when relevant.

Core Technical Skills:

• Frontend: React.js / Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind / Material UI.
• Backend: Node.js / .NET / Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB.
• APIs: REST, GraphQL, WebSocket.
• Cloud & DevOps: Azure / AWS / GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps / Jenkins.
• Testing & Version Control: Playwright, NUnit or similar, Git.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, conversational AI, or agentic AI.
• Knowledge of vector databases, data pipelines, and embedding-based search.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in an Agile environment.
• Passion for emerging technologies, AI, and automation.
