Job Description

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Frontend Developer with extensive experience in ReactJS to join our dynamic team in Sydney.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building responsive and user friendly web applications.
• You will be responsible for translating UI/UX design wireframes into high quality code and ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high quality web applications using ReactJS.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to create seamless user experiences.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure applications work on various devices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience with ReactJS and its core principles.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme).
• Familiarity with CSS pre-processors (e.g., SASS, LESS).
• Experience with modern build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
• Understanding of accessibility and security compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
