Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications that support Codezy’s client projects and internal platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing front-end interfaces, building robust back-end services and APIs, integrating databases, and ensuring applications are secure, scalable, and performant. The role involves collaborating closely with designers, product teams, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, as well as participating in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of development practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Northern Governorate, Bahrain, requiring regular presence and collaboration at the company’s office.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Candidates should possess solid Back-End Web Development skills, with experience building APIs, working with server-side frameworks, and managing databases.
• Candidates should possess comprehensive Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, including integrating front-end and back-end components and applying software engineering best practices.
• Relevant experience with modern frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Vue, Angular, Node.js, or similar) is highly beneficial.
• A strong understanding of version control (e.g., Git), testing methodologies, and deployment processes is preferred.
• Effective problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team are required.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
