Full Stack Developer (React, Node.js, TypeScript, AWS) | Helsinki, Finland

Location: Helsinki, Finland (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Language Requirement: Fluent Finnish and English

Salary: €5,000 to €7,000 per month, depending on skills, experience, and relevant qualifications

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join a growing technology team in Helsinki. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining modern cloud-based applications using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS.

This position offers the opportunity to work on business-critical products within a collaborative and supportive environment, contributing to both frontend and backend development while helping shape technical best practices.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Design, build, and support cloud-native solutions within AWS
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software
• Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Monitor application performance and implement continuous improvements
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
• Support code reviews and knowledge sharing across the development team

Required Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will have:

• Commercial experience in full stack development
• Strong expertise in React
• Strong backend experience with Node.js
• Solid knowledge of TypeScript
• Experience building and deploying solutions within AWS
• Understanding of modern software development practices, including testing and version control
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Professional fluency in Finnish and English
