I'm working with a YC-backed startup that's rebuilding one of the largest and most overlooked industries in America using AI.

They're replacing fragmented workflows, static documents and manual processes with an AI-native platform used by leading insurance carriers, brokers and employers. The business has strong backing from top-tier investors, real enterprise customers, and is entering its next phase of growth.

They're now hiring a Full Stack Engineer to join a brand new team building a new product area from the ground up.

This isn't a role where you'll inherit years of legacy code.

You'll help define the architecture, ship customer-facing features, and influence how the product evolves from day one.

What you'll be working on:

• Building full stack web applications from scratch
• Designing modern frontend experiences with TypeScript and Next.js
• Building scalable backend services and APIs with Node.js
• Integrating AI into real customer workflows
• Solving complex problems around document automation, structured data and enterprise workflows

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of full stack software engineering experience
• Strong TypeScript across frontend and backend
• React / Next.js and Node.js experience
• Experience building production SaaS products
• Comfortable owning features from idea through to deployment

Bonus points if you've worked with AI/LLMs, AWS, Salesforce integrations, or products in healthcare, insurance or HRTech.
