As part of the team you will work towards a Level 4 Software Development qualification, supported by expert training from Baltic Apprenticeships. It is a hands-on role: you will develop your coding skills, contribute to projects that matter and gain genuine industry experience in a fast-moving environment.
Full training and support is provided by your workplace mentor and the Baltic team, so you are never left to figure things out on your own.

Write and maintain code
Develop and maintain code for existing and new projects using class="bg-amber-100">PHP, class="bg-amber-100">React Native and class="bg-amber-100">React.
Plan and design
Take part in the planning and design phases for upcoming class="bg-amber-100">applications and projects.
Debug and solve
Debug code to resolve client issues and keep class="bg-amber-100">applications running smoothly.
Prototype new features
Develop sample project code for new features and prototypes as ideas take shape.
Test and deploy
Support the class="bg-amber-100">testing and deployment phases for new and existing class="bg-amber-100">applications.
Maintain and improve
Play an active role in the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of client class="bg-amber-100">applications.
