🚀 Software Developer | Future Healthcare

Your key responsibilities

• Interact with the system architect/analyst to understand software requirements, participating in their design
• Conceive and develop new features and improvements with a focus on a full stack approach (Angular & Java)
• Contribute to the technical growth of junior team members (applicable to mid/senior profiles only)

What we need from you

• 3+ years of experience in the role
• Experience dealing directly with clients, with an active voice in both technical and non-technical conversations
• Team spirit, initiative and strong communication skills
• Analytical mindset, critical thinking and a passion for code done right - not just code that works
• Strong organisational skills
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex, highly scalable software solutions
• Experience in OOP and solid knowledge of Java
• Experience with CRM systems
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices/micro-frontends, event-driven architectures and JavaScript frameworks (preferably Angular)
• Good understanding of SQL (MySQL and SQL Server)
• Experience with Git and Maven

What we value as a plus

• Experience using GenAI tools such as Claude Code
• Experience with Spring Framework, Quarkus and Kubernetes
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Knowledge of the insurance sector
• Fluency in English
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
