Must Have 

·       Strong development experience with Java, spring boot, SQL 

·       Experience with Restful Web Services, APIs 

·       Experience using Azure DevOps 

·       Oracle database knowledge and experience

·       Experience with AODA/WCAG 2.0 AA a must 

·       IDE Tools: Eclipse, IBM RAD, IBM RSA

·       Angular 

·       Javascript 

·       Typescript 

·       HTML 5.0, CSS 

·       Node such as NPM
