You will be joining a project focused on building a centralized Construction Management Application. This platform is designed to support businesses in managing large-scale construction projects, providing comprehensive tools to oversee everything from initial project planning and architectural drawings to tracking individual materials for every segment of the construction process.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust features for the construction management platform using the required tech stack.
• Collaborate directly with an international team, including foreign clients and stakeholders.
• Clearly report project progress, discuss requirements, and resolve technical issues daily.
• Actively participate in daily meetings to ensure team alignment and project momentum.

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in NodeJS, SailsJS, ReactJS, and TypeScript.
• Solid practical experience with PostgreSQL, Azure, Docker, GitHub, and RabbitMQ.
• Good English proficiency is mandatory. You must be able to communicate fluently (both spoken and written) and handle reporting confidently, as the project team consists primarily of foreigners.

• Familiarity with or knowledge of Python and XML.
