Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dublin, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain
web applications that power client
websites, AI tools,
automation workflows, and custom software solutions. Day-to-day tasks include implementing responsive front-end interfaces, building secure and scalable back-end services and APIs, integrating third-party tools and
data sources, and optimizing performance across the stack. The role also involves participating in solution design, reviewing code, writing tests, documenting systems, and collaborating with designers, consultants, and other engineers to deliver reliable, business-focused products. The engineer will help translate client requirements into
technical specifications and support deployments, monitoring, and continuous improvements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience taking features from concept to production.
- Candidates should possess solid Front-End Development skills, including proficiency in HTML, JavaScript frameworks, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible interfaces.
- Candidates should possess robust Back-End Web Development skills, including experience with server-side frameworks, RESTful APIs, databases, and security best practices.
- Candidates should possess an ability to work with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g., Git) to support modern development workflows.
- Professional experience in building and maintaining web applications for SMEs or client-focused environments is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
