Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Senior Engineer with strong Full Stack and AI experience to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key internal technical resource, supporting outsourced engineering projects while also driving the design, development, and optimization of scalable digital solutions.

This role requires someone who is hands-on, technically sharp, AI-savvy, and capable of bridging product vision with engineering execution across web applications, backend systems, and AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of scalable full stack applications

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external engineering partners on outsourced projects

• Serve as the internal technical authority for architecture reviews, engineering quality, and delivery oversight

• Design, develop, and integrate AI-driven solutions into products and workflows

• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, databases, and frontend interfaces

• Evaluate and optimize system performance, scalability, and security

• Work closely with product, infrastructure, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Review code quality, engineering standards, and deployment processes

• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and engineering best practices

• Support technical documentation, testing, and deployment activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Engineering

• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.js

• Strong backend development experience using Node.js, Python, .NET, or similar technologies

• Hands-on experience working with AI/ML tools, APIs, LLM integrations, or AI-powered applications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

• Solid understanding of databases, APIs, system architecture, and DevOps principles

• Experience managing or collaborating with outsourced engineering teams is an added advantage

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI models into applications

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure best practices

• Understanding of cybersecurity and scalable enterprise systems

• Experience building SaaS or fintech-related solutions is an added advantage
