About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR APPLICATION DEVELOPER role is focused on leading the design, development, support, and enhancement of enterprise web applications using modern Microsoft technologies. This position plays a key part in ensuring high-quality software delivery, maintaining application security, and fostering collaboration among technical and business teams. The role contributes by mentoring developers, driving delivery excellence, and supporting critical enterprise systems.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-scale web applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET, and Angular.
  • Develop RESTful APIs, web services, and backend integrations with SQL Server and other enterprise systems.
  • Manage and support web applications hosted on Microsoft IIS, including deployment, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Implement and maintain authentication and authorization solutions using Identity Management platforms, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and Single Sign-On technologies.
  • Participate in solution architecture, code reviews, and technical planning.
  • Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex application issues.
  • Build and support CI/CD pipelines with GitHub and Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate with security teams on vulnerability remediation.
  • Mentor junior developers and promote best practices and secure development methodologies.
  • Work within Agile/Scrum teams to support sprint and release activities.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience developing enterprise applications with Microsoft technologies.
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, .NET Framework and .NET Core/.NET 6+, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3, and SQL Server.
  • Experience with Microsoft IIS application deployment and administration.
  • Familiarity with GitHub, Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • The estimated salary range for this role is $96,250 - $125,000.
  • This position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive based on business need.
