About the Opportunity:

The SENIOR WEB DEVELOPER role is central to maintaining and enhancing the organization’s public-facing digital platforms and internal websites. This position collaborates closely with design, UX, and backend teams to deliver functional, responsive, and modern web assets. It also advances AI-enabled web capabilities to improve user experience and integration with enterprise services, thereby supporting the organization’s digital presence and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate web application features, including APIs, search capabilities, and third-party integrations
• Collaborate with designers and UI/UX specialists to translate designs into web assets
• Optimize websites and applications for speed and responsiveness
• Ensure consistent cascading style sheets across browsers and platforms
• Support and maintain the content management system
• Perform advanced programming tasks, including working with relational databases and extending CMS functionality
• Contribute to AI-enabled features such as intelligent search and personalization
• Mentor and coach other developers; test and debug code
• Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their application
• Promote best practices in modern web development
• Develop and maintain system and application documentation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field plus 5-8 years relevant experience
• Proficient in ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, XML, JQuery, responsive design, performance optimization, accessibility, and APIs
• Experience with Web APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL)
• Knowledge of security principles and content management systems for public websites
• Skills with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, Node, Angular, and CSS preprocessors
• Comfortable integrating AI or generative AI services into web applications
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and continuous integration
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
