We're hiring.

We’re looking for a developer to help us connect New Zealand’s health system.

What you will be working on:

- Designing and building FHIR based integrations.

- Building and maintaining secure, reliable APIs.

- Contributing to our ISO 27001 certification.

- Working directly with the founding team to shape our technical direction.

What we're looking for:

- Hands on experience with FHIR is preferred but not required (HL7 v2 experience is a bonus).

- Strong API development skills.

- Someone who challenges assumptions.

- Impact over completion. For example, if something is no longer useful, you move on.

How we work:

- Small team.

- Short feedback loops.

- Weekly check-ins to review progress and set priorities.

- We move quickly and value people who suggest better strategies, not just execute tasks.
