About The Role

The role involves designing, building, and maintaining robust web applications and services that serve as the foundation of user-facing products. As a full-stack engineer, the focus is on bridging the gap between elegant user interfaces and scalable, performant backend architectures.

The engineer will collaborate closely with product managers, product designers, and platform teams to build new features, optimize API performance, and maintain a highly responsive user experience across multiple devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive, accessible, and high-performance frontend interfaces using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks
• Develop scalable, secure, and well-documented RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Node.js, Python, or Go
• Optimize application performance, state management, and asset loading to ensure a seamless end-user experience
• Integrate and maintain relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and caching layers (Redis) to support high-throughput operations
• Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Jest, Cypress, or similar testing libraries
• Participate in agile sprint ceremonies, conduct thorough code reviews, and deploy services to AWS or GCP cloud environments
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 3–6 years of professional experience as a full-stack software engineer building production-grade web applications
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, React, and a modern backend framework like Express, NestJS, Django, or FastAPI
• Proven experience designing and query-optimizing database schemas in relational systems like PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure, Docker containers, and CI/CD deployment pipelines
• Strong communication skills and experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional product team
• Bonus: Experience with GraphQL federated graphs, Next.js, or microservices architecture
