The Company

Our client is a Singapore-based AI and technology company building advanced software solutions for global markets.

They are currently looking for a Full Stack Engineer based in Indonesia to join their engineering team remotely. The selection process starts now, with expected onboarding next month.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications across frontend and backend systems
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces
• Design, develop, and integrate APIs and backend services
• Work with databases and cloud-based infrastructure
• Translate product requirements into reliable technical solutions
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams
• Troubleshoot, test, and improve application performance
• Participate in code reviews and maintain engineering best practices
• Take ownership of features from development through production deployment
• Work effectively in a remote and international startup environment

Qualifications

• Strong full stack software engineering fundamentals
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js
• Backend development experience with Node.js, Python, Golang, or similar technologies
• Experience working with APIs and databases
• Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable collaborating with an international engineering team

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms
• Docker and CI/CD experience
• Experience working in startup or product environments
• Previous experience working with international teams
• Experience integrating AI or LLM APIs
• Exposure to RAG, vector databases, AI agents, or AI-powered applications

• Salary Range: IDR 15,000,000 – 25,000,000/month
