We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and optimize modern web applications, combining strong technical expertise across front-end and back-end development with a keen eye for product design, usability, and customer value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications, including both front-end interfaces and back-end services.
• Create intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging user experiences by collaborating closely with designers and product teams.
• Architect, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend systems that support scalable application functionality.
• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver high-quality features and solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Mentor junior team members, promote engineering best practices, and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
• Provide input on product direction by balancing technical feasibility, performance, scalability, and user experience considerations.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while ensuring high standards for quality, testing, and reliability.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance across the technology stack.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and code reviews.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technology strategies that support future growth and innovation.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development with expertise in modern web technologies.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end architecture principles.
• Experience building responsive, user-focused applications with a strong understanding of UI/UX best practices.
• Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar technologies.
• 5+ years of experience developing server-side applications using technologies such as Java, Python, Go, Scala, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database design principles.
• Experience designing and developing APIs, distributed services, and scalable backend architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerized environments, including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional environments and deliver solutions incrementally toward long-term objectives.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
