About The Role

We are seeking a talented Software Engineer iDB (m/w/d) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing automation software components that are critical to offshore production systems. Your work will directly impact the reliability and efficiency of our high-tech control systems used in challenging maritime environments. You will collaborate within an agile team, conducting simulations, performing tests, and analyzing faults to validate solutions. Your contributions will help ensure the safety, performance, and robustness of our automation solutions, supporting the global energy infrastructure. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work at the forefront of offshore technology, leveraging your technical expertise to develop innovative solutions that meet industry standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed university degree in Computer Science or a comparable field.
• Proven experience in application development using C++.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL for data integration and management.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with QT framework is advantageous.
• Strong team player with flexibility, structured thinking, and resilience under stress.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, innovative work environment and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test automation software components for offshore production systems, ensuring high quality and reliability.
