Role Description

We are seeking a strategic and learner-focused Education Consultant / Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to design, implement, and evaluate learning programs that enhance employee capabilities, support organizational goals, and improve overall performance. This role is responsible for assessing learning needs, developing training strategies, and delivering effective learning solutions across various audiences and formats.

The role will conduct training needs analysis, design learning frameworks, and develop engaging learning content for in-person, virtual, and blended environments. Responsibilities include creating instructional materials, facilitating training sessions, and ensuring learning programs align with business objectives and competency development requirements.

Key responsibilities include designing curricula, developing e-learning modules, managing learning programs, and evaluating training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. The Education Consultant / Learning & Development Specialist will also collaborate with stakeholders to identify skill gaps, support talent development initiatives, and recommend learning interventions that drive organizational growth.

The role will support the implementation of learning management systems (LMS), track learning progress and outcomes, and continuously improve training methodologies based on data and feedback. Additional responsibilities include promoting a culture of continuous learning, supporting leadership development programs, and ensuring consistency and quality in all learning initiatives.

This position requires strong instructional design capabilities, facilitation skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate organizational needs into impactful learning solutions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Instructional Design, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Training & Development, Coaching, or related fields is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and curriculum development.
  • Experience with training delivery, facilitation, and learning program design is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and digital training platforms.
  • Ability to conduct training needs analysis and evaluate learning effectiveness using data and feedback.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with content authoring tools, collaboration platforms, or learning technologies is an advantage.
  • Ability to design engaging, learner-centered training experiences.
  • High level of professionalism, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning and development.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
