Main Requirements and Qualifications

  • 1. Responsibilities
  • - Build PMO internal systems (workflow, project tracking, dashboards)
  • - Integrate and deploy GenAI solutions (LLM APIs, summarization/analytics, containerization, cloud rollout)
  • - Ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability (testing, clean code); collaborate cross-functionally
  • - Support schedule tracking, issue/risk follow-up, and process adoption
  • 2. Must-Haves
  • - Hands-on front-end + back-end development (any major framework/language)
  • - Familiar with databases (SQL + NoSQL), Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud deployment
  • - Experience integrating GenAI (LLM APIs, prompting, related frameworks)
  • - Strong communication and basic project coordination experience
  • 3. Nice to Haves
  • - PMP/PM certs, workflow automation, architecture optimization, data analytics/visualization
