About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Development Manager to lead our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare solutions that meet client needs and industry standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, quality assurance, and client services to define project scope, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience (at least 5 years) in software development, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python, and familiarity with modern development frameworks.
  • Experience with healthcare IT systems, electronic health records (EHR), or related healthcare software applications is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Oversee the planning, design, development, testing, and deployment of healthcare software solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements relevant to healthcare software.

  • Coordinate with QA teams to ensure rigorous testing and quality assurance of all deliverables.
