About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Software Engineer with strong expertise in C# to join our talented development team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of next-generation software solutions that underpin our business operations. As a key member of our engineering team, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, ensuring high performance, security, and usability. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on C#. You should possess comprehensive knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks such as React, Blazor, or Next.js. Experience working with Azure cloud services and SQL databases is essential, along with a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. Familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban is required, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively translate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and experience in producing technical documentation are also highly valued. Bonus points will be given for experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow or working within a fast-paced SME environment.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications utilizing C#, JavaScript, and modern web development frameworks, ensuring seamless client-server integration. Design intuitive front-end experiences and robust back-end logic to deliver efficient functionalities aligned with business needs. Implement new features, enhancements, and integrations using APIs, databases, and cloud services, ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards. Conduct thorough testing, including unit, integration, and automated tests, to guarantee software reliability and performance. Participate actively in Agile development processes such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews, fostering a collaborative team environment. Troubleshoot and debug application issues promptly, providing effective solutions to minimize downtime and improve user experience. Engage in code reviews and quality assurance activities to uphold coding standards and facilitate knowledge sharing. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the software development lifecycle, including tooling, architecture, documentation, and deployment pipelines. Maintain a proactive approach to learning new technologies and methodologies, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of industry standards.
