The successful candidate will bring deep Angular expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across the web application stack. You will collaborate with engineering colleagues and relevant stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve technical challenges, and deliver reliable solutions. Angular 20 experience is preferred; experience with other recent Angular versions is also relevant.
Qualifications
Candidates should have at least 10 years of professional experience as a Senior Angular Engineer, Angular Lead, or in a comparable enterprise frontend engineering role. Expert-level proficiency with Angular, including its core practices and commonly used modules, is required. Strong command of TypeScript and JavaScript, including ES6 features, is essential.
You should have a solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles, along with proven experience creating custom, reusable modules and components that extend or support core Angular functionality. Practical experience working in continuous integration and continuous delivery environments, such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions, is expected.
The role requires proficiency in writing and maintaining unit, integration, and acceptance tests using Jest, Vitest, or similar frameworks. Candidates should be comfortable investigating issues across multiple layers of a web application, communicating technical findings clearly, and contributing effectively within a collaborative engineering environment.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise Angular applications, with an emphasis on quality, usability, performance, and long-term maintainability. Create and maintain automated tests that provide meaningful coverage across unit, integration, and acceptance scenarios. Participate in code reviews, share technical knowledge, and help uphold engineering standards. Work with CI/CD processes and collaborate with team members to support dependable build, test, and delivery workflows.
Troubleshoot defects and performance or integration issues across the web application stack. Assess root causes, recommend practical solutions, and communicate progress and technical considerations to relevant colleagues. Contribute to refining requirements and translating them into secure, responsive, and maintainable application features.
