About The Role

We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping the user experience of our Mistral Cloud Control Panel, a core component of our product suite. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable features that enhance usability, efficiency, and engagement for our platform users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in full-stack development, a user-centric mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in high-standard UX/UI environments
• Proficiency in TypeScript and NodeJS
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, NextJS, Remix, or VueJS
• Knowledge of web libraries like Tanstack React Query, tRPC, Framer Motion, among others
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to independently own and deliver end-to-end features
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Team-oriented, humble, and eager to learn
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, robust full-stack features ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems
• Prioritize user experience by creating intuitive, engaging, and efficient interfaces that meet user needs and expectations
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; participate actively in code reviews to uphold quality standards
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver comprehensive software solutions
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical challenges to improve platform performance and reliability
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and software development, applying innovative solutions to enhance our products
• Participate in planning, sprint reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure timely delivery of features
