Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable business applications. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of professional software development experience and is proficient in developing modern web applications using Microsoft .NET/C# or Java technologies. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure, and high-quality software solutions that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications and services.
• Develop and enhance applications using .NET/C# or Java technologies.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and third-party systems.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Design, write, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and production issues.
• Participate in code reviews and promote coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA, and project teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Assist with application deployments, monitoring, and ongoing system support.
• Document technical designs, processes, and application changes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 3–5 years of professional experience developing software applications.
• Experience developing applications using .NET/.NET Core with C# or Java.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience with front-end development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
• Experience working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
• Experience using Git or another source control system.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, or Spring Boot.
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• Experience with Docker or containerized applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Experience writing unit and integration tests.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices and application security.
