Company Description e-connecte is an all-in-one platform built to simplify cash-on-delivery (COD) e-commerce operations. It enables businesses to manage orders, confirmations, deliveries, and daily workflows from a single, centralized interface. By leveraging automation and AI-powered tools, e-connecte helps reduce manual work and enhance operational efficiency. The platform connects key stages of the COD workflow, from order management to last-mile delivery, supporting e-commerce businesses as they scale. Applicants will join a team focused on making complex logistics and operations more streamlined and data-driven.
Role Description As a Full Stack Engineer at e-connecte, you will work on designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that power the platform’s COD workflow. You will implement front-end interfaces, build and integrate back-end services, and ensure smooth communication between different system components. Your day-to-day tasks will include writing clean, testable code, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, optimizing performance, and collaborating with product and operations teams to deliver new features. You will also participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and help improve development tools and processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Agadir.
Qualifications

• Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building and maintaining web applications.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Solid Back-End Web Development skills, including working with APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of web application architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset when working with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or SaaS platforms is a plus.
