- Experience supporting Medicaid or healthcare IT systems, with knowledge of ECM and workflow automation
- Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in state Medicaid or HHS systems and familiarity with CMS guidelines
- Supporting system modernization projects and certifications in Hyland OnBase
- Experience working with system integrators or multi-vendor teams
