Role Overview:

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer at Fresher or Mid-level to join our team and contribute to the development of modern, high-performance web applications. You will work across the full stack, including frontend development, backend services, API development, and database design. Depending on your experience level, you will either receive guidance from senior engineers or take ownership of features from design to production. This role is suitable for candidates who have a strong foundation in web development, enjoy solving business problems, and are interested in working with modern technologies and software architecture practices.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain features across both frontend and backend.
• Work with a modern TypeScript stack such as Next.js, React, NestJS, Strapi, and Node.js.
• Build and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Design database schemas and work with PostgreSQL and Prisma ORM.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Design, QA, and Engineering teams to clarify requirements and deliver features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and improve system performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Learn and apply software design practices such as domain-driven design, clean architecture, and schema-first API development.
• Participate in production support and incident troubleshooting with support from experienced team members.

Requirements

For Fresher Candidates

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in software or web application development.
• Good understanding of JavaScript or TypeScript fundamentals.
• Familiarity with frontend development using React, including components, Hooks, state, and props.
• Basic knowledge of backend development using Node.js.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, relational databases, and SQL.
• Experience from internships, university projects, freelance work, or personal projects is welcome.
• Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and work collaboratively with the team.
• Basic knowledge of Git and common software development workflows.

For Mid-level Candidates

• Approximately 2–4 years of experience in web application development.
• Strong working experience with TypeScript across frontend and backend.
• Hands-on experience with React and Next.js, including Hooks, state management, SSR, or SSG.
• Backend development experience using Node.js; experience with NestJS is preferred.
• Experience building and maintaining REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, database schema design, query optimization, and an ORM such as Prisma.
• Ability to independently analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver features.
• Experience debugging production issues and improving application performance.
• Good communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with NestJS, Strapi, GraphQL, or Prisma.
• Understanding of architectural patterns such as clean architecture, microservices, or domain-driven design.
• Experience with automated testing, including unit, integration, or end-to-end testing.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, or application monitoring tools.
• Experience working on B2B SaaS products or complex enterprise applications.
• Experience working with Scrum or Agile methodologies.
• Familiar with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
