About the Role

SWAKIO is seeking a Full-Stack Developer with experience in both frontend and backend development. You will contribute to building web applications from the ground up, developing APIs, managing databases, and supporting cloud deployment.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the development lifecycle, from creating responsive user interfaces to maintaining secure backend services. You should be able to solve technical problems independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver quality work in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize full-stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.

• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces that deliver strong performance and consistent functionality across browsers.

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs to support application features and integrate third-party services.

• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, including designing data structures and writing efficient, scalable queries.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams to understand requirements and deliver reliable software solutions.

• Deploy applications to cloud platforms and monitor their performance, stability, and ongoing operation.

• Apply security best practices throughout application development and maintenance.

• Use development tools and workflows that support version control, automated delivery, and efficient team collaboration.

• Contribute to application improvements, troubleshoot technical issues, and help maintain code quality.

Required Qualifications

• Two to three or more years of professional experience in full-stack development.

• Strong knowledge of React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

• Experience with Node.js and backend frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS.

• Working knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

• Experience developing REST APIs and integrating third-party services.

• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Understanding of authentication, application security, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• The ability to manage development tasks independently and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.

Preferred Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
