We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our dynamic team supporting federal applications that require high security and reliability. This full-time position is ideal for a full-stack developer with a passion for building modern web applications and solving complex technical challenges within an Agile environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications using a range of technologies including C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, and Razor Pages. The role involves integrating applications with REST APIs and backend services, managing SQL Server databases, and troubleshooting issues across the entire application stack. Additionally, the Web Developer will implement secure coding practices, support authentication and authorization solutions, and contribute to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code reviews. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and stakeholders, is essential to ensure the delivery of secure, high-quality solutions aligned with federal cybersecurity standards and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications
- 6+ years of web application development experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in developing web applications using C# and .NET 8+/ASP.NET Core
- Experience working with SQL Server or other relational databases
- Strong understanding of application architecture, API integration, and reusable development patterns
- Experience troubleshooting full-stack applications across UI, API, database, and hosting layers
- Proficiency with Git-based development workflows, code reviews, and automated build processes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience developing secure web applications and applying secure coding practices
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools with validation and testing processes
- CompTIA Security+ certification or the ability to obtain within 30 days
- Develop and maintain web applications utilizing C#, .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, Blazor, and Razor Pages
- Integrate applications with REST APIs and backend services for seamless data exchange
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases and data access layers
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full application stack, including front-end, API, database, and hosting environments
- Implement and enforce secure coding practices to protect applications against vulnerabilities
- Support authentication and authorization mechanisms using modern identity standards such as OAuth and OIDC
- Participate in automated testing, CI/CD pipeline development, and code reviews to ensure code quality
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including developers, architects, and stakeholders, in an Agile SAFe environment
