Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IT Full Stack Developer role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Full Stack Developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications that power WE+’s digital protection platform, collaborating closely with product, design, and QA teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing responsive front-end interfaces, building secure and efficient back-end services and APIs, integrating third-party services and insurance partner systems, and optimizing application performance and reliability. The role also involves participating in code reviews, maintaining clean and testable code, troubleshooting and resolving production issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of the development workflow. The developer will help ensure platform security, data integrity, and a seamless user experience across web and mobile channels.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in front-end web development (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular).
• Experience with back-end development (e.g., Node.js, Java, or Python) and building RESTful APIs or microservices.
• Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and data modeling best practices.
• Familiarity with version control, CI/CD, and DevOps practices (e.g., Git, automated testing, build pipelines, containerization).
• Understanding of secure coding, web application security principles, and data protection standards, ideally aligned with ISO 27001 practices.
• Ability to work with cloud-based environments and services (e.g., AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues and optimize performance.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional product teams.
