About The Role
AgreeYa Solutions is seeking a hands-on .NET Full Stack AI Developer Lead to guide the design, development, and deployment of scalable, cloud-native applications and AI-assisted solutions. In this role, you will translate business needs into practical technical strategies, lead a cross-functional engineering team, and contribute directly to full-stack development. You will work across .NET, C#, React, Microsoft Azure, SQL, APIs, and modern DevOps practices, using AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering quality and productivity.
This role is suited to a technical leader who combines strong software architecture skills with a passion for building reliable applications. You will partner with architects, product owners, engineers, and business stakeholders to shape solutions, set technical direction, and deliver software aligned with organizational needs.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET 6 or later. Build RESTful APIs and microservices, contribute to database and service layers, and develop responsive user interfaces using React. Apply clean architecture, SOLID principles, and established coding standards throughout the development lifecycle.
Design and implement solutions on Microsoft Azure, using services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure API Management. Consider scalability, availability, security, and cost efficiency when making cloud architecture decisions. Support application monitoring and observability, including the use of Application Insights.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, and contribute to GitHub Actions where appropriate. Manage repositories and branching strategies, and automate build, testing, and deployment processes. Apply Agile, test-driven development, and continuous integration practices, while writing unit and integration tests and enforcing quality gates.
Use AI-assisted tools to support requirements analysis, solution design, code generation and optimization, test creation, infrastructure-as-code, deployment automation, pipeline development, documentation, code review, and security analysis. Evaluate AI-generated outputs carefully to ensure they meet project standards for quality, security, and reliability.
Lead design and code reviews, define architecture guidelines and technical standards, and mentor junior and mid-level developers. Collaborate with technical and business partners, identify performance and reliability improvements, and help the team deliver secure, maintainable solutions.
Qualifications
Bring strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Core or .NET 6+, along with front-end development experience using React. Demonstrate a solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, cloud architecture patterns, Microsoft Azure, and Azure DevOps pipelines. Experience with Git or GitHub, CI/CD implementation, Agile delivery, and TDD is expected. Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools is important.
Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architecture, monitoring and observability tools, or enterprise cloud transformation projects is an advantage. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, artificial intelligence, or a related technical discipline is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience will also be considered.
