Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis of requirements, solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support for complex application features and cross-system integrations.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to clarify project outcomes, dependencies, risks, and technical constraints.
- Design secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions utilizing technologies such as .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, SQL Server, REST APIs, and Azure cloud services.
- Define API contracts, data models, application boundaries, and testing strategies aligned with project objectives and security standards.
- Establish comprehensive testing plans including unit, integration, API, regression, and automated browser testing based on solution complexity.
- Review technical designs, code changes, pull requests, and documentation, providing constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, performing root cause analysis and recommending durable corrective actions.
- Identify and address technical debt, proposing remediation strategies aligned with business priorities and maintainability standards.
- Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines, release practices, and operational documentation to streamline deployment processes.
- Mentor junior and peer developers in software design, testing, documentation, and responsible AI-assisted development practices.
